Search forms send the name, phone number, or address you enter to the outside provider that supplies the results. We do not retain a separate copy of those searches on our servers. A message sent to us contains only what you choose to provide, and we use it to answer the inquiry.

We review this information in aggregate to maintain the service and learn which resources visitors use. An encrypted connection protects data in transit. Server logs are kept only for as long as the stated purposes require. Since visitors do not create accounts, this site holds no user password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
The service is meant for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. Contact us if a minor has supplied such information so we can remove it.
Your California Privacy Rights
Applicable California law may provide rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a business. The Delete Act, Senate Bill 362, chapter 709 of the 2023 Statutes, also created DROP for one deletion request to active registered data brokers. That broker process is separate from a request concerning our contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page to ask us about data we control. Public records kept by Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County, or California agencies remain outside our control, and any correction or access request must go to the proper custodian.
