RecorderWorks is Contra Costa County's strongest name-forward property index. Its inspected coverage ran from January 1, 1986, through July 10, 2026. Searchers can choose all roles, grantor, or grantee. A grantor transfers an interest; a grantee receives one. The portal warns that a last name alone may time out. Add a partial first name, narrow the date range, or choose a role. The same index also accepts document number, document type, recording date, book and page, map, APN, and legal description.
